How about this way of saying it.
We all know that we need a source of calcium. Calcium is what makes our bones, teeth strong, heart functions, and muscles for workout.
Where do you get high intakes of calcium from? Most obvious answer is any kind of milk - soy, regular milk, rice milk, goat milk, protein shakes and drinks, dairy etc..
Most other foods like cabbage, breads and other stuff don't have a high source of calcium.
Milk generally seems to be taken in the morning during breakfast along with cereal or coffee or chocolate or whatever else peeps are drinking it with.
If you are skipping calcium, you may (I did not say will) get osteoporosis when you get older and your bones are all weak, fragile or can break.
