There is no different speed for web browser unless it is on edge which is faster than sk2 dial up. If my sk3 is not on edge and then I say it still faster than sk2 dial up. With edge, yes sk3 smokes sk2 dial up. I'm not sure how much costs but I thought it includes. I will find out

I aint worry about it, because I had insurace coverage for SK3 AND had two year of replacment plan for X360. ;)
 
i have no plm with battery here. its save battery than SK2. I am very happy with it. I'm not regret to buy it that amount..
