Yes, they can... report police straight way and give them the description of rapists or not if they are masked... They can idenitfy the rapists thru the window... they can't see her but she can see them and pick which one and then compare their DNA...

Unfortunlately yes, rapists still get out of jail after few years prison here in European countries including Germany. Some repeat and some not... I would say that repeat the crime is rarely... Without rebahiltabion to correct their behavior, they would repeat their crimes.

Ah, But not all rapist are "rebahlitabion" works. They go to reb and work on them, but they still continue to commit crime again a woman. But most of the time it hard to idenify a rapist as well. Here in America, women here in america are not required to put the father's name on birth cerifticate. So pretty much different from Europe laws. But does reb really help crimial to change? Strong doubt they change for the better. I would say a few would change. But honestly reb not work for most of them. But still crimial still be a filght risks if they committed a crime more than once. For me it hard to believe a rapist can change and pay for the crime what a rapist did to a woman.
 
Interesting...it almost like it invades their privacy with the child they carry.

Hope it doesnt come to America at all.
