Hundreds of local children were happy to find a Santa Claus that can share their holiday wishes in their language.
Hearing-impaired children lined up on Monday to greet the Santa at Cherry Creek Mall because he understands sign language.
Two brothers who are hearing impaired have made this visit to Santa an annual family tradition.
"It's nice that he can actually understand if they choose not to talk," said Karen Sealey, the mother of the two boys.
This Santa said he knows he makes a difference and it just wouldn't be Christmas if he couldn't sign away wish lists.
"I'd do anything for the kids," said Santa. "I've been signing a long time...we've been doing this for 13 years."
The signing Santa will be at the Cherry Creek Mall Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to noon and Saturday from 4pm to 9pm.
