Signing on Skype ??

Just wondering if others have found the video via Skype to be terribly laggy and blurred for the purpose of Signing. I have tried to use skype a couple of times and it just does not stream the video fast or clear enough. Any suggestions to improve it? Running Z4 VRS on the same computer and webcam is 100% clear and minimal lag...
 
I have had some chats on Skype and it all depends on the web cam that people are using. Some are good, clean and crisp, and others are slow, sloppy and blurry.

Good point, I never thought to ask the other person what camera etc. they were using
 
Skype has got worse since Microsoft bought it, try using Google+ instead.
 
I know depend on webcam on issue on webcam cause , my client told me troubles webcam about oovoo good, but skype webcamn, It is very issues on network, I look it I don't reason how understand, let know me test o webcam figure out let know best smooth blurred , I know hard, not easy blurred, I know rough!
