Shatter The Silence Of Sexual Assault
This April, in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month, it’s time to speak out against sexual assault. If you have been affected by sexual violence or know someone who has been, there are support services available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the AMW Safety Center.

I wasn't aware of this. Interesting how many people looked at the OP but chose not to respond, while the "monkey attack" thread has hundreds of responses.

Nobody wants to talk about sexual assaults. Yes, it's an uncomfortable topic, but everyone, especially women, need to know about it. What is SAAM? | National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC)

You're right - It's always an uncomfortable topic to talk about but I do agree, It also is imperative to talk about it because otherwise, if we don't, then how will those who were sexually assaulted be able to get past it?

What I mean is - If it is kept "mum" then it will only prevail to make the matters worse. It also can have a huge impact.

But, Of course, it's to their own :)
