Because state prisons are overcrowded, they are sent to a county jail and released next day.

But that's little comfort to parole agents like Kane.
She recalled a conversation she had with a paroled child molester that her agents had arrested:
"He says, 'You can do whatever you want to me, I'm only going to be in jail one night, and when I get out, I'm gonna do what I want to make your life miserable.' "

Due to budget crisis. California Governor can't afford prisons. He wish to raise tax for pay prisons but, taxpayers will angry.

taxpayers will get outraged if the tax was raised to cover the prison cost... but taxpayers will get outraged if sex offenders get to walk due to budget...

Just a shame that so many people are criminals instead of law-abiding citizens.
 
One convict had 16 parole violations and other minor offenses. He is now charged with murder.

That's really dumb! One day some of those sex offenders will murder someone because they get in and out of jail routinely like that convict.
 
See? Government can't afford protect us all, why molesting 2nd Amendment. It is there for reason. How can you protect yourself from these scumbag if your outlaw guns, prison already full, and there isn't much cops available to protect yourself.

I hope you understand, leave guns f&^%(king alone. Wish I am rich to buy that .950 rifle, the bullet each cost 40 dollars. Much more lethal than AR-15. Perfect for me to point at sex predator's balls.

Whoa, wait a minute. Sex offenders molest little girls or boys. How can 2a help? I mean do kids carry guns?
 
If you want to keep Sex Offenders stay in jail. You can pay them. haha

Not just that but can train 10 yrs old or older shoot if have to. I know one guy back at old job, he got his first shotgun from his dad when he was 10 years old, taught him respect the gun and if somebody breaks in, just shoot. He is about 25 years old and thanked his dad.

That why we have mandatory register system for all sex offenders.

I think that we should put all sex offenders to middle of nowhere. :hmm:
 
I think California may need change the priorities for early releases - put felony theft on highest priority and put sex offender, murderer, rapist, arsonist on lowest priority.

They could outsource their prisoners to other state like Texas, Mississippi, Arizona, etc.
 
Easy, throw them 3/4 way up north of Alaska. Will always have warm cell, and nice daily hot shower. They won't escape.

I know it won't work but nice to throw ideas in.
