I am a blackberry user. The impending blackberry shutdown isn't going to happen.

England and Germany have declared that InPro (a patent holding company in Europe) - patents were not infriged at all. This is a major victory for RIM.

Also - a judge has already determined that NTP's patent has been declared invalid meaning that it's possible that on Feb 24th, the whole thing will be rejected, but giving the NTP the right to appeal the decison.

BOTTOM LINE: RIM will win. Yahoo!
