Billy has defined himself in relation to his family’s need and seeks to find a greater independence and deeper sense of himself. Deeply caring, smart and brave. NOTE: WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN ACTOR WHO CAN PLAY DEAF; WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEAF OR HARD-OF-HEARING ACTOR.
