What if that person who feels she's qualified... but doesn't meet the age requirement?

Can makeup be done to make her look older?
 
Vamp-be careful with replying to these kinds of ads.
I was into the acting bit when I was younger and had an agent at one point and time and was taken to auditions and casting calls. The biggest audition I did was for a nickolodeon show-to host the show.

there are a lot of scammers out there and also a lot of people who want to break into the business. get into theatre work.
not only will you have fun but you will also have access to casting calls too and local auditions for extras in movies and other bits too.
