Care to tell me what is NDE ?

Glad to share with u, yes everyone is expereince God differently.

NDE is personal experience for me and not easy for me to share it with people except for my own few friends and family members.

I'm a christian and i did have nde when i was in an accident and saw my twin boys. and later the boys and my daughter in the dreams.. i know they came to me and hugged me etc.. is that a fantasy? no i think not. I know it is real . I also saw my cousin the first night she was buried. She came to me and said to me ily and tell momma, daddy and everyone i am ok and not in pains anymore.

my Mom said that i have a gift for seeing things and visions. Sylvia Browne is a christian and she have the gift? she believe in God too?

so whats wrong with that? that mean Christians doesnt believe in those things?? i wonder why?? anyone care to explain?? so i can undy ? thanks..

Glad ur sharing with us, and I am glad I am not only one experince this. I do know many Christinas believe in gift from God but not everyone believe it.

Well, I do believe God gives gift of visions, but what you see in visions not always means psychic. Its not only christians doesn't believe in psychics, even some jews doesn't believe in them too. Psychic is more what you rely on, like psychic does to Saul in the OT. I like the show of Touched By Angels, shown about tarot cards and psychics. Visions can be relate with prophesy, sometimes God forwarned in anything. Just believe in God does not mean being a christian, or going to church, christian is a personal relationship with Christ. But as of psychic, have to know the difference btwn prophesy or psychic. My very close friend see things in many ways, like before my mom's death, he saw something looks like hospital hall and thought might be his grandfather, till when my mom death, there were hallway is very similar in his dreams. Its been happening from time to time, He thought its psychic thing, and I told him no, its not psychic, its more a vision that God can gives. But psychic is not God's way. Sometimes its tricky to know the differences. Yes, some do have gifts of visions can be forwarned, like Isaiah, John, Peter and some others, its not psychic.

True, many time visions I had were warned of danger ahead of time. Wish I could listen and understand my dream last week but I had to deal with it. Glad it is over and move on. But also many other visions I had were truly blessed.

yes i was thinking about that.. maybe they are narrow- minded? not open-minded to the gifts that we do have ? I dont know.. I know i dont brag about this gift i have to everyone but i am curious about others experiences thats why i asked and ws surprised to see almost similiar experiences from others so i felt better now.

They did a study with a bunch of children who had technically died and asked them to draw what they sawbefore they woke up. Though they were all of different faiths and from all around the world, but they all saw the same thing. Interesting, isn't it?

Yes, sooo interesting. I hope all people goes to heaven, not to hell because of different faiths.

I was 20s and recieved sad news from my ex wife to know my grandpa died. Later the day I dream to see my grandpa, and he talked to me how and where he died. He showed me and I watched him walking to the heaven. I woke up and explained my mom and ex wife what I interpreted my dream. Until we arrived at grandma house. She told us story what happened to my grandpa. Exact my grandpa told me in dream before my grandma told the story! I finally saw the heaven so beautiful.

I am telling you all God gave me gift when I was 9 years old. God knows when I am not ready yet.

Fact I was bapitized in Lutherian in church when I was baby in Tennesse. I want to be Christian because in my dreams I have many visions of Jesus. I always follow him. Christian means to stay in relationship with Jesus. In my dream I watched and follow Jesus. I have not bapitize in Christian yet.

I prayed last December and closed my eyes saw Jesus face. You all think I am crazy. Thats fine with me.

No ur not crazy, I too saw Jesus first night when I called His name and He came. I cried when I saw HIm and knew I was in trouble because I was agnostic then. I did not believe then and now I do.

Not know if they are narrow minded but it is better off for some of them not to have gifts. Jesus say something in bible about it, blessed them for whom they do not see but having faith.

I am glad ur sharing and u don't seem to brag about it. It is hard for me to discuss this and keep it quiet about it. Sometime I would tell my husband, u see I knew this or that, sometime drive him nut when I had those visions and dreams. One time I had dream of my brother in law and his wife were having another baby boy. They just adopted newborn baby few weeks before. One day we got home from somewhere and heard the answer machine. I told him, your brother is going to have another boy. He said "your so mean" cuz they just had a baby. He called his brother and he told him "Guess what" We are going to have another baby in few months. He was shocked. Then I asked him "am I so mean for saying this?" I looked back and laugh about it. U know my brother in law and his wife named their boys, Noah and Christian.

jazzy I must say that story really impressed me. I happen to be a Christian. But I do have a open mind. I've had a NDE myself. So I do know what your talking about. They lost me in the hospital for 1 minute & 42 seconds. After a car accident back in 1997. Being dead for that little amount of time. I remember floating in the air. Looking down at the hospital people working on me. Then turning all black & saw the light. & What I saw after that words just can't describe the magical part of the world I was in.

I can only remember that part though. I don't remember just before, during, or after the car accident itself. Even lost my memory for a day & 1/2 I think they said. But that one very things that I saw when I was dead that time I remember.

As confusing it was for me. Later on in life it made more sense to me. I do know that was one day, that changed my life. For the better of course. & In a way, I'm kinda glad I had that car accident. Except for the injuries of course. But did recover from them.

Yep, durin' that NDE some people are experiencin' different from what is actually takin' place, because of what they are seein' -- they are seein' people and everythin' around them are made of " clay ". It is like it is not even real comparin' to spiritual bodies. But, sometimes people are not ready to leave their love ones, because they feel that they are not finished with business and wanted to finish it before they are ready to leave. It's amazin' to see that " NDE " people can see their reality in life because, it will be able to tell them if, they DID finish their business or not. It's interestin' to discover many answers around them while non-NDE people don't know the answers what their " destiny " is goin' to be. I noticed NDE people gained their insights than non-NDE people.

ur right about that, cyberred.. most of them have insights.. but since i did had a nde eposide.. i have changed alots since then but still more confused more than ever before like what is my purpose in this life? i still dont know yet? thast so hard...
