Scottwireless VP-Corder

Hello everybody, I am curious... any one of you had ordered the VP-corder from Scottwireless.com and haven't recieve anything from them? I discourage any one of you from ordering from them! It took me almost 2 months to get refund! I am not sure if I got it yet. They never really deliver the product, and I have kept hearing excuses, excuses, excuses from them. I couldn't believe they just charged to my credit card and haven't ship out anything! I have talked with the bank, and the bank has considered this as fraud, and is now undergoing investigation. PLEASE do NOT be afraid to voice your complaint! Customers have their rights. As of right now their website is now down and "Parked" I am not sure whats going on. So, BE-AWARE of this company!

This business went kaput about two weeks ago. Sorenson sent him a legal letter telling him not to crack open their VP100. Better product is at deafworks.com. Cheaper, simpler and easier to use.

Better Business Bureau doesn't do anything good about the complaint, but the State has the power to shut down VPCorder's business

Explain to them why you were having so much problems with VPCorder. Specify the dates are very important.

Your right, BBB doesn't do much about this problem. I was fortunately to use my credit card, now that credit card company is dealing with this themselves! Your also right about Sorenson have complaint against him for cracking open the VP device. Believe me, Scottwireless ACTUALLY asked me to send him my sorenson VP, my response to him was, it is totally against Sorenson's policy and I am not in position to break the contract agreement with ANYONE! What I am in position is to see that bad merchant like Scottwireloss goes out of business!!!

I talked with Scott of Scottwireless last night and he says the 'production is on hold' due to a 'manufacturing problem'. That's all he told me.

And as for BBB they've gone from being a real consumer watchdog group to a membership club. They've helped our clients in the past with credit card problems now they dont do anything for the consumers. I believe their leadership has become infiltrated by pro-industry puppets.

So? whats the deal? Charge customer EVEN long before it could be shipped? That is outrageous! If Scottwireless knew they can't get it shipped, then contact customer first to inform them of the delay, but DON'T charge YET!!!
What kind of practice is that?

Guess you forgot all of suddendly that there is any con artist, frausters exist! The sad truth is there is PLENTY of people out there who would love to tell wonderful news to cover up shits! Talk is CHEAP, action is there Im interested and pays for itself. Im amazed you'd believe every word from anyone!!!! wow!

Wasn't ScottWireless also named in a lawsuit recently for improper business practices such as billing customers for pagers long before they got their pagers or long after they turned off their service?

In summary, Wynd bought out Deafwireless and became Go America *while* it was in active litigate process due to their business malpractice by someone else. Ya will find who was the plaintiff and of course, the same identified defendant we all have been discussing lately.

It's truly amazing to read all of their lawsuit stories against Scott Johnson's former business (Deafwireless) and how they lead up to now which those will keeps you real busy reading over the weekend!!!

The bottom line is...

Why would Richard become so "defensive" about Scottwireless, aka formerly-Deafwireless??? Something is really fishy between him and Scott. Since he already checked with Scott from last night per posting above #5, he should have also checked with him to see if he is willing to be his gay-tutoring teacher for how to become a gay-lifestyle per his posting at "Sorenson VRS's hands getting very DIRTY!", #20.

Moreover, why scottwireless.com is still down? cant afford cheapo domain renewal or web hosting? The domain name is ready to grab now. :crazy:

My final note.... Thank god I used my credit card instead of check, or money order cause I'd be at Scottwireloss's mercy! Now I got my money back! Thanks Credit card company for fighting for me! :lol:

I never been a friend of deafwireless. As it was a Wyndtell gin and I never liked Wynd either because they never let us be a reseller.

Perhaps that why I'm very lucky for the problems I had with Wynd as they didnt pull me down with them.

Someone needs to check his/her facts then.

Are you a friend of Scott Johnson's then? He sold pagers under deafwireless for quite some time, and now is doing shady business under scottwireless. What's the deal? Will he tell you?

Production on hold my butt -- if I don't have my merchandise ready to go, my money should not be in your hands, period.


DHB, did you sign anything that stated you had to provide the money up front before you got your product? Or that a certain number of purchases had to be made by a # of people before he would make them? Do you have the receipt?
 
It was online order, and that they immediately charged to my credit card. I wait for more than 40 days ALREADY! while Scottwireless had my money INTEREST FREE!!! I ain't give him any interest free loaner! Normally that is when the product is ready to be shipped out. But since he didn't have any product to be shipped out, WHY THE FUCK he charged to my account???? WTF? Thats my whole point. He KNEW that his product isn't ready... why taking advantage of customers? He would have hold the credit card number and when its ready to be shipped out, then charge to my account. I won't have problem with that. PLUS there is federal trade law, merchants are REQUIRED to ship product within 30 days AFTER it was paid for... UNLESS noted otherwise. Scottwireloss NEVER mentioned something like wait 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Since he KNEW this, and didn't inform the customers. It is considered FRAUD by the banking industry! I was told by bank representatives!!!

Friends are people who are cool with me. I dont care whhat they do for a living. I dont care if they sold dirty underwear if it helps them keep a home and food at the table.
