Well, I means who add salt after serve are bad but salt with cooking is ok.

It's actually Hawaii salt which is great with roast pork. :D)
 
In my medicine class, the professor talks about Na (sodium) and Cl (Chlorine) as being important nuritions for our bodies to help with the electrolytes process. To make it a very short story, we need salt to help our bodies run on electrical impluses. But yes, too much salt can be bad for you. Everything needs to be taken in moderation.
 
Sea salt !! But I dont put salt into my dinner ...

Only put it during cooking time...
