Made home made salsa...oh shit its hot, should have only used 1 pepper instead of 2...woooo Im breaking a sweat.

Well, I survived the night.... now I may try some later after it sat in the fridge all night chillin and flavors dispersed throughout....mmmmmmmmmmmm

I like it spicy but not hot...just Tangy. Last time I used 1 pepper it was weak, then I used 1-1/2 peppers and it was ok but not enough, so this time I went a full 2 peppers and these were small peppers ( last time were bigger) so I guess these were more potent than the others? But wow they packed a punch !!!!

I opened the bowl today to get some and the fumes made my eyes water, and I was right about the flavor dispersion all night, whoo it was hotter than hot! I managed to get it down but the flames kept burning long after I was finished so Whipped Cream cured that...lol
 
We mexicans like oir salsa to be super spicy. Lol. My mom puts like 6 chiles into that knd of salsa. And then if you go inyo other kids of salsas..oh gosh...
 
I just love spicy food in general! :D Yummy! :D I eat jalapenos raw at times. :D LOVE them on my pizza, salsa or in an quesadilla!!! OMG! So amazing. I tried eating a ghost pepper once and wanted to die.... that's too friggin hot!!! However, I can eat the "hottest hot wings" from Quaker Steak here, that's not too bad. Okay, they're pretty bad, but I can definitely stomach them without wussing out! :P Afterwards, I tend to regret it with my skin being on fire and feeling like my throat has little holes in it all the way down to my stomach for a couple of hours. Nice to get a bumper sticker and your name on the wall of "bad a$$es" though! :laugh2:
 
Lol. My parents make all kind of salsas. So i guess i am used to them. Sometimes they are very spicy but you can smell it. Usually the stronger the smell the spicier it will be.
 
I think my mom is going to be the greatful one. Lol. Oh gosh...best invention ever
