Ruby on Rails anyone?

I'm interested in learning Ruby on Rails but before I get into that I need to know how Ruby works.

Anyone here have experience working with Ruby/RoR?

Ruby is a programming language and Ruby on Rails is a web application framework. It's becoming very popular these days and I'd like to learn more about Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Alex, did you ever pick up on Ruby on Rails? I see from your post that it was three years ago, so I'm wondering on your progress. I'm just getting interested in learning RoR. Seems it's a trend that shows no signs of slowing, so I'm getting on the bandwagon.
