router issues

Glad I could help. BTW...it's not password I should keep, TeamView generates ID and password everytime a new session is made.

I am thinking about starting to use Team Viewer myself because Logmein is a bit of a pain sometime when folks whom are not well knowledge in computers to set up an account so I could access their computer to help them troubleshoot and repair it.

Is Team Viewer pretty easy for a those whom not really knowledge in computer to install on their computer and give me the session password via AIM?

I am curious what your experience with Team Viewer? Good? Diffcult for others?

Thank you

.

It was easy and smooth unless as long as both parties have good connections. TeamViewer is free for all non-commercial users!
If you are giving support you should use the All-In-One full version. For customers they don't need to install using the QuickSupport version.

Of course there's also CrossLoop.
Test out what fits your need. :)

What he said. It's really easy. So easy and secure that I actually prefer this method because it prevents people from hacking into their computer via the remote desktop program.

It changes passwords EVERY single time you start it up.
