Robber with bat tries to rob gun store...fail.

I often wonder who is robbing who when I think about SSI/SSDI. How many ADA violations does the normal average everyday deafie experience that doesn't get reported or, when reported, does not get enforced?

Workplace discrimination comes in many different forms. Ever see a new hearing co-worker get promoted when you and other deaf employees never get promoted and have been working for the same company for years? Is it because you are not as "efficient' in the perspective of your employers? :cool2:

When questioned, do your employers skirt your deafness as if it is NEVER a factor (they already had an attorney advise them on how to handle the subject)? If your disability was NEVER a factor, then of course, the other deaf people who work for the same company should be in higher paid positions, or at least, one or two of them ... correct?

Just things to think about is all ... so who is really robbing who?

How quickly do you suppose an employee who brought this up would be labelled "persona non grata" ?

At my old workplace, if you report or make complaint about ADA violation so manager will retaliate you, so they happened to me and I tried to avoid from reporting.

I'm not impressed about federal law. :ugh:

Don't you forget, law was made to be broken. Its fact! And I can prove it, if the law was not made to be broken, why government building prisons? Because they KNEW somebody bound to break the law anyway.
 What does that have to do with SSI? By law, deaf people with no/low income have rights to receive SSI. Why are you talking about the law that was made to be broken? Do you mean they are robbers? Please clarify.

If you need education, and counseling from me, I could offer you but it won't be free. My service charge is $175 an hour, 2 hours minimum, prorated every 15 minutes afterwards.

Employers are not the only ones who retaliate. Those who are sworn in to uphold the law often retaliate as well. When that happens ... do?do?

Oregon Robber Uses Baseball Bat In Gun Store: What Was He Thinking?

By Montana Chance / 2 August 2013 / 33 comments

Its self-defense stories like these that make us worry about the logic of our youth. 22 year-old Derrick Mosley found himself outgunned, literally, when he decided to rob a gun store near Portland, Oregon.

Armed with only a baseball bat and a knife, Mosley proceeded to enter Discount Gun Sales and smash a glass display case. His plan? Grab a handgun out of the display and hold up the store.

Only one problem. Well there are multiple problems but let’s address the first one. When Mosley grabbed the handgun he immediately realized that there was no ammunition inside the clip (because what store owner in his right mind would allow that)? Upon making this discover, Mosley found himself being held at gunpoint by the store manager, and was order to put the weapons down.

We can recite the old idiom “never bring a knife to a gunfight”, but really, this takes the cake for stupidest robbery attempt. This should be common sense. Either way, the Washington County Sheriff arrested Mosley after finding him on the floor without his weapons. Police say he’ll be charged with first degree robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Let this be a lesson to anyone that tries to rob a gun owner, be prepared to deal with bullets fired by someone that knows how to use them.

Now, lets see, he grabbed a gun why he can't shoot even though you, anti-gun folks believes that guns kills people, how come this one failed your stupid theory?
