Thanks so much for posting this Miss Delectable!

I posted this at a Meetup Group that meets in NYC and a Yahoo News Group for D/HH people and e-mailed the info to a few people who may decide to post it in other web sites or newsletters.

I live in New York City, and I love it that I found out about an upstate New York event for D/d/HH high school students and was able to let other people know, including fellow New Yorkers, from someone who lives halfway around the world and down under.

I love the internet. :)

I got an email about this and was really excited to hear of it. Since I'm a published writer, I emailed them to see if I can be a judge or volunteer in some way. I hope they get back to me! Either way, really cool opportunity.

I also got an email about this and am checking into the same thing you are. It is a rare opportunity to see Deaf writings.

Let me know if you hear back from them. My dad once won a poetry contest. He was so thrilled by it, and I thought his poem was really good.

I just read an excerpt from your new book. Wow! I really enjoyed it, you are also clearly a very strong person.

Hope they get back to you also. I see that you are also a publicist -- looks like this would be a win/win for everyone.

Hey, thanks!!! Yeah, I own my own PR company, so could certainly help hook them up with some press. I produced a deaf comedy show a few years back and got TONS of awesome press for it.
