I wouldn't say hypocritical... ironic.

They say government, taxes and capitalism produces waste; they advocate reducing wastes by foraging for what is unused and re-allocating unused resources to other sectors...

Yet... those who support taxations and capitalism would argue there is no such thing as waste because they end up being consumed by someone. Kinda fulfilling the prophecy of your own perceived enemy...

Hey, correct me if I'm wrong, but I just noticed in the OP that it was claimed that Hawaii is Obama's home state. Isn't Chicago in Illinois? That would make Hawaii the state of his birth, and Illinois is home state. Wouldn't it? According to the political definitions, at any rate. I would think a "pundit" would know the difference, and use the terminology appropriately. Ironic, isn't it?
