Audiograms have changed so much over the years. The upside-down didn't change a thing for me and I was able to read them without a problem. The only disguised good news is in one ear (severe) you can probably hear high frequencies (beyond voice-range) a little. Voice tends to fall between 500 to 2000 or 4000 hz. Normal speaking volume is @45 dB to 60 dB. Your 13% SRT doesn't surprise me based on what you show here.
But what are you looking for?
I'm not a doctor or an audiologist but over the years, I've assisted people who wanted to buy analogs (then digital) who didn't know a thing about HAs because there are so many ripoffs out there. I'd point out the misinformation from the dealer and my co-worker, family member, or friend had to make the decision as to what to do.
