and you can see how badly Bush killed jobs:
Show me during the Bush administration that the unemployment rate was at 9 percent. Oh wait..wait...they (Obama) want to claim the "millions" of jobs added but don't want to own up to the horrible 9% unemployment rate? Making the statement on 2.1 million jobs "created" since he took office simply doesn't add up when you had unemployment rate that dropped from 7.6 percent to 9.1 percent during that same period of time.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the economy shed almost 4.2 million private-sector jobs during the first year of the Obama. Pretty convenient to omit this fact and go with the sound bites, “the Bush presidency lost 3.7 million jobs” and “we created 2.1 million private sector jobs in the last 15 months. Best to see a graphical representation of those actual numbers and we can see who is lying.
