Sent to dry my tears

Is what I've finally realized

I try to find the words
To express the feelings in my heart
I try to show you that I care
But I dont know where to start
I guess I will start right here
And I guess I will start right now
I will tell you that I love you
And I will tell you why and how
You are the one I want to lay next to
When my time has passed
You are the one I've given myself to
And you will be the last
You are the one I want for life
Until the day I die
You are the one God sent for me
To be with me, and that is no lie

I gaze up at the sky each night
And find the brightest star
It's always waiting there for me

The star winks in the evening sky

It magically appears each night
For all the world to see
I've wished upon this special star
Of hopes, and plans, and dreams
And then, one day I got my wish
For I finally met you
You are that someone special
Who's made all my dreams come true
So now whenever we're apart
I find that same bright star
It makes me feel so close to you
No matter where you are​

Honestly, I love your poems, and really makes my heart beats so quickly, I guess that explains why I fell in love with Roadrunner in the first sight, his poems really hit my heart like happiness and with alot of love.... :aw:

Aww thank you. I been wrote the poems since I was 7 yrs old, I love to write poems to express my feelings. But, I really never show my poems to people since until few of my friends finally read it and told me that its very good then I showed more and more then I started show it in here to seeing people's opinions thats all but thank you for comment *grins* Thats what my boyfriend, Robert said, he love my poems and he felt more love with me over and over again. I still write poems but some of them could be bad abt stuffs, I dont sure if I'd like to show.

I already won my man's heart ha. He love all of my poems and kept them in his files to read it over and over to remember me that I love him always no matter what to. *grins*

Angel, I always melt when a guy sends me poetry too. I am sucker for poetry and wish more men would be into poetry such as Baudelaire, e.e. cummings, Neruda, Rumi, Goethe, Bryon, etc etc.

But if he writes a poem on his own, that is even better :)

I am not good at comment on or criticize anyone's poem but I like yours. Keep it up, Sweetheart! :thumb:

I tend to write the poems or expressing my feelings & love for my lovers but not any more than that. I mean, I didn't post the poems or my works at any communities... not even sharing with my friends but I do share with my english professor to correct my grammar mistakes. My latest ex and my current date loved it even though I know that my english is not that good as others like you or Meg but I tried my best. It's the thought that counts. I started to writing the poems maybe three years ago, I think... reading the poems helped lots since my english professor suggested me to start because she claimed that it will help improving my grammar skill faster than other methods.

Oops, I am offtopic'ing, sorry... back to topic, I want to be honest with you.. I am envy of your and others' poetic skill. I am willing to give up my medical knowledge for that and grammar skill lol. That said much about your poem :)

I understand how your feeling abt english, I used to be suck at english but I been write poem since I was 7 yrs old so, it is very long time for me to writing the poem and I will try to find a poem that i wrote for FIRST time heh. Thats good she help you with that stuffs *grins*

Cumming-S.... Cummings. I dont have ANY deaf family in my life but only three- cousin, died in three years ago, she was only born and alived for couple days and became deaf then next day died with stuffs in body wrong place same like, Heart is in lung area and liver is in bladder area you know what i mean???

My great-great aunt and uncle was deaf but they died before I met them.
