Random question: Can you use coupons with your food stamps?

Tax is never charged on anything purchased with food stamps, even in states where food items are generally taxed.

Good to know! Thanks :D

In MN, any prepared food (e.g. deli) is taxed. Everything else for food is not. So when I do my grocery shopping at the grocery store, as long as I have not stopped at the deli, the only stuff I'm paying taxes on are like napkins, TP, shampoo, etc.

(I'm just talking about the general consumer, not ones with food stamps. I have no idea if deli food purchased with food stamps here is taxable or not.)
