Rand Paul is SOOOO CLUELESS about economy!

He was on Spritzer/Parker show. He said he's gonna cut many in the budget but refused to tell him which one he'll cut. He said he'll appeal Obamacare because it costs money even tho he was reminded that Obamacare will actually save $1 trillion for ten years. He said he'll ban TARP and again, he's reminded that TARP is NOT part of the budget.

Seriously, Rand has no clue at all.
