If I got a Video Phone since I'm deaf...

I was wondering since it's free if I fill out the application but I'm concern if it will cost anything if I'm calling somone or long distance? Is it just like a regluar pphone that I will get a bill each month or is it free like my ip relay on AIM??
Do I get to own the VP?
Can I use my voice instead of signing???

I do not have video-phone myself... But, if you are deaf/hard-of-hearing/hearing-impaired, you can get one at no charge... You won't own the product, but it will be like you are borrowing it from the company...

And, yes you won't be charged for making calls locally and long-distance...

Using your voice instead of using signs? It could work, if the person (that has VP) you are calling can lipread you.
