so i got my new skelton molds just wondering if any one knows why there is a gold thing like in the ear mold is it normal? or is it a better thing to have in there lol just didnt know they came with a gold thingy in it hahah!

Tube lock I think. Stops the tubing coming out.

yup. that's what my tubes have.

Yep, tube lock. Is used so they don't have to glue the tubes. My newest molds have this.

it's a tube lock, I have it on mine and my other set of earmolds!
