I haven't tried it, but it sounds like it might be what you're looking for. Also, Flashkit has lots of tutorials that might help - even if they're not "puzzle" tutorials, you may be able to find all the pieces you need to put your application together (pun intended).
How far along are you? Do you have "peices"? Can you drag them around? Have you figured out how to tell when two peices collide?
