Oh NO WAY!!!!! It does seem like a lot of the anti Isreal stuff is VERY anti-semetic. I just think they need to revamp their human rights policies (a lot of their polices are really disturbing)

Do you know why Israel is still in Middle East despite of being surrounded by all these Arabic countries that can easily destroy Israel?

They already had stockpiles of resources and trainings provided by Americans. That helped a big deal.

Perhaps.....But this President made a big deal about........um let me think......oh yes.....CHANGE. "No more politics as usual" was said to the point that the words almost retired. But as you just stated. Nothing is new.

Isreal does not need our financial help. It's a first world country for crying out loud! It's not like we're sending aid to Haiti or Cuba or whatever.
And txgolfer, change takes time. Especially with undoing the mess that Shrub made. Which is eight years worth!
At least he's trying.

He promised to put the Health Care debate on C-SPAN. He didn't do it. How is that trying. Obviously since you are saying 8 years you are blaming George Bush. Please tell us how George Bush prevented Obama from airing the health care debate. He promised he would go line by line on each bill and remove pork. He didn't do it.The Stimulus bill contained almost 9,000 pork items. How is that trying. Tell us how George Bush forced him to sign the stimulus bill full of Pork. He promised no more politics as usual. He didn't follow through. Instead he used a bribe in Nebraske and Louisiana among others to secure a vote. Not only that, he signed a deal with Unions exempting them from taxes on their health care plans from 2013-2018 while other hardworking Americans still have to pay. How is that trying. Please tell me how George Bush forced him to do that. He promised that the health care bill would be put online for all Americans to read before it was voted on. He didn't do it. How is that trying.

Please tell us how anything George Bush did prevented him from doing any of these things.

The media is controlled by corporations. Corporations are not liberal. The corporations look after their own interests (i.e., generating profits for their shareholders). When the media pays lip service to social issues, there is always a corporate agenda behind it.

:shrug: that's fine. green technology. nobody dies from it. better than being backed by defense contractors who are under investigation for corruptions, arms dealing with enemies, murders, and war profiteering.
