Hi, I need your advice.
When it is time to buy printer ink, we take it to office max so that they give us a free pack of printing paper because they have a recycle program. Well, we took two inks the last time, and the cashier boy gave us 2 COPY papers. My mom told him that that was Copy paper not Printing paper. She told her of our experience with a fax/copy paper bought by mom by mistake and it created jams all the time, it also grabbed all of the papers down instead of one sheet. We thought we were having a printing problem until I pointed that the papers were for fax/copy. I tried printing paper, and there was no problem with the printer Well, this idiot boy just said, "it's the same thing. take it or leave it." The paper is very light and see-through, you can see the paper is not strong for printing.
I am wondering if I should complain to them to give me two new printing paper even though one is opened. It's crappy. We don't have a copy machine to use. I know that this is free, but it's not right to "scam" people like that. If they have a recycling program for free printing paper, then they should do their job right. That boy was wrong is saying, "take it or leave it." You just wanna smack his face. That was the only time they gave us a different type of paper. Maybe they ran out or something, but they shouldn't give out free papers made for something else.
What do you think? We buy printing papers sometimes, so we don't act like penny pinchers, but it's great to get printing paper for recycling ink!
