The former postal worker shot 6 postal employees to death and committed suicide at the postal installation in California last Monday. She was given disability by USPS three years ago. Was her stress disappeared? I bet not. She deserved to die for what she did, but if the truth were known. I would bet that she was being harassed by either required medical or mental exams to continue her disability. I am not making excuses for her whatoever, she deserves death and worse for taking others' lives. However, the Postal Service should rethink their management methods. They push the employees too hard. I hope that management will wise up. I also hope that other USPS employees will wise up and see that you cannot taunt and gossip and slander others carelessly. They are indeed victims of poor management tatics and ridiculously stressful working conditions. Do you believe in blaming any manager or employee for the actions of another?
