I answered your post in 6 month or 1 year ago so you are just blinded or forgot.

At overall, my views is moderate, 50% conservative and 50% liberal.

I'm favor all of them as you listed with additional of support GLBT rights, regulation on financial institution to prevents any bank or credit companies fail in eventually, support to keep Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and health care reform, not government-run health care but just need regulation on insurance companies and need insurance exchanges.

You do know that conservativism and liberalism are on nearly opposite ends?

Yup, I know.

Conservatism is on right and liberalism is on left, middle would be centrist, depends on how graphic looks like that, for libertarian so it is liberal in social but conservative in fiscal.

Don't get me wrong because I studied in US political system for years so I have different opinion.

My views is moderate, got it, man?

That depends on what those views are.

Support GLBT rights wouldn't be in conservative side, so is abortion too.

That's why about moderate is best fit for me.

If you actually look at the tax cut history it began to work starting in 2003 through 2007 as each succeeding year yielded less deficit.

"We love tax cuts?" And you support Obama? Unreal.

well tax cuts for middle class and none for the rich.... unlike in Bush era.

The top 1% pay nearly 40% of the federal income taxes while top 25% pay for 86% of all federal income taxes. Taxing the rich doesn't help, even if you tax them 100%, it won't help.

so tax middle class instead of the rich?

Why tax them unnecessarily. It's the tax cuts that help businesses thrive and the economy to grow. Not overburdening people with more taxes. If you tax the rich, guess where the impact will be felt?

I don't consider myself rich at all but based on Obama's income based definition of rich I guess I am. Especially being a business owner. I can tell you that during the Bush years I saw no break in taxes. One of the reasons I closed shop was the taxes I paid already were unbelievable and they front runners were talking about raising my taxes. It just wasn't worth the effort anymore.

yes or no will suffice. Nobody is saying to tax the rich 100% but somebody's gotta pick up the tab.

So tax the middle class and give tax cut to the rich?

I already gave an answer!

The solution is to cut down on the bad spending habit and get a better control over it. And not to continue increasing the taxation on people. The spending is the problem here. I thought you knew that? Taxing isn't the solution.

we always have been trying to cut down on bad spending for centuries and the spending issue has always been the problem in every single Administration so that argument is moot. Point is.... who will pick up the tab the most? the rich? the middle class?

During Bush Administration - the riches have enjoyed their tax cuts. Do you agree with that tax cuts for the rich?

How about 18% accross the board. First $20,000 exempt for individuals $30,000 for couples. No deductions and no credits for anyone?

It...wont....WORK! The debt is so far gone. How do you think we'll ever rectify a $12.5 trillion dollar debt...money we owe? How do you think we can pay each year the interest we owe to the tune of some $320 billion dollars? And that keeps going up each year, too. Taxing the rich inevitably affect the middle and lower income people. It always has.

Taxing doesn't work if people insist on spending on money they don't have. It's exactly like maxing out several credit cards thinking it helps solve their own debt problem. It doesn't. The culprit is the spending problem. That needs to be seriously curbed, rectified and managed judiciously and responsibly.

People need to get their head out of the "tax gutter" thinking it's the solution to everything. Ever consider better and more efficient ways of spending tax payers' money and within budget be the better answer?

Now, all we need to do is start drilling for oil everywhere and export them, and start making money for a change.

so why didn't GWB figure it out?

so why didn't GWB figure it out?

The liberals and environmental wackos wouldn't let America drill for her own oil and be energy independent which thusly would allow us more room and security to go for renewable energy and other energy sources.
