I called the Pyramid Arena to open door for Hurricane Victims,,
but they won't because they said this...

"Memphis officials say the Pyramid can't be opened to Hurricane victims because it's being used to shoot a movie"

Jake Timberlake the musician and other actors and Hollywood said
they will film in that Pyramid Arena to make movies.

These rich people don't care about helping the poor hurricane victims...
all they want is to make movie and make profit to make themselves even more richer... so that you guys go watch their movies.

What is more important the hurricane victims or the Hollywood glamour?

Will somebody call this number and tell them to open door for the Hurricane victims in New Orleans and all,,, 901 543 5300 and 901-521-9675.

Please :tears:

Pyramid Arena is like a big SuperDome and Astrodome, and we can
help the people in New Orleans by letting them stay their at the Pyramid and we can provide water and food and all to them.

 pls call that number above and let them know that the Hurricane Victims are important

FOR ONE Thing Memphis, TN is too far from Louisana. However They can go to other states that is near by like Texas, Arkananas, Missippissi (north part), North part of louisana (in some places that hasnt get any damages) . In fact astrodome is not only place that they are sending to, They are also sending some to Dallas (Reunion Area) and some other places, WE Have LOT of places they can stay in Texas for temporary until they find help for each refugee or family.

Yay, Memphis will help Hurricane Victims!!!!!

:applause: Aid Efforts Halt Tenn. 'Idol' Auditions Fri Sep 2, 4:24 PM ET :applause:

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Auditions for "American Idol" scheduled for Monday have been canceled, with producers citing the extensive Hurricane Katrina relief efforts being coordinated in the city.

Fox publicist Alex Gillespie said the auditions planned at the FedEx Forum won't be rescheduled so the city "can focus public safety efforts on the victims."

Auditions are still scheduled for Denver on Sept. 11 and Chicago on Sept. 16. The next season of "American Idol" will begin in January 2006.

Paul Sloan, vice president of creative services at local Fox affiliate WHBQ-TV, said producers made the decision Thursday afternoon. He said he raised the idea of coordinating the auditions with a fundraiser for victims, but it was ruled out.

"Obviously we're disappointed like everyone is," Sloan told The Commercial Appeal. "But I think everyone would agree that we didn't want to do some happy `Hey look "American Idol" has come to town!' while covering hurricane victims."

City officials estimate more than 10,000 Katrina evacuees are in the Memphis area, staying at hotels or with friends or relatives.

Producers said they hoped auditions could return to Memphis next season. Another audition city for this season will be announced shortly.
