Few years ago, I sold one of my bikes to a deaf woman. This woman was with her boyfriend. The woman had CI. She knew both sign language and was able to use voice quite well. The boy friend knew no sign language. I don't think she was able to use phone though.
Anyway, one of the first thing she did was show me her pink CI. I then showed her my bike selection. I had only one pink mountain bike for sale. It was the bike she wanted. She asked me if my price was negotiable. I told her no.
I was thinking, "she has pink CI. She will want a pink bike". I am glad I sold the bike to her at my asking price. She was very happy with her bike.
Some months later, I found out that the bike was stolen. I felt bad for her. I tried to dig pictures of the bike that I had sold on my computer. However, I usually delete pictures off my computer once my items sell. Therefore, I wouldn't find pictures of the bike.
I don't think she found it. I told her I felt bad for her.
