Does anyone have a dialogue VCO??? If so DOES it NEED a Q-90 printer?????? PLEASE help me out

VCO means Voice Carry Over. That's when you prefer to speak by your own voice instead have relay operator speak to whom you are calling to. In order to have VCO, you will need to have speaker phone or headset. It has nothing to do with printer. I hope that answer to your question.
