PGA new points system coming in 2007

What ya think of their new point struction coming in 2007? I wasn't sure what they meant. I was hoping more like yearly seasons such as NFL, NBA, Nascar, & NHL. If it will then it would be one of the poplaur sports to watch! I am not big fan of watching PGA but I love playing golf myself. I am big fan of point systems... so this should be awesome to watch.

I have learned that they called it FedEX Cup series. Just like Nascar Nextel Cup series! Awesome lol.
