I don't take any medication for cramps and the pain when i am having period.

yes and the midol I am using for night time.. you should get midol menstrual complete.. it helps me to sleep especially when i have pains.. they have it for cramps.. bloating.. fatqgue.. backache and headache. I love it!

i did take tylenol for women only before it is not that good.. i did take pamparin before .. its good.. but i take midol usually but sometimes its not enough.. i would take 4 ibuprofens and it does work wonders for me.. ahhhh whew.. ha.. percoideric (sp) medicine work great but will make me drowsy! ugh.. ha..

i cant tolerate pains ..

Usually I'd take Advil since it works great! Midol, I take that sometime though.

Aleeve or Advil (whatever what I have in my hand) the rest don't work. But I could try Midol for night time only. But I rarely get cramps anyway! Now I am on birth control for a while and I noticed I get some cramps but it control my period and excat 5 days now. Whew! I hate having period for 7 to 10 days. Waste my pads grr!
