Pensioner finds anaconda in toilet - Seven News Queensland


A 73-year-old Polish pensioner was shocked to find a two-metre-long anaconda peering up out of her toilet bowl in her flat, local police say.

"After she raised the lid of the toilet seat, the lady saw a huge snake that wanted to slither out of the toilet bowl.

"She immediately slammed down the toilet lid and called us," Wroclaw police spokesman Pawel Petrykowski told AFP on Monday.

"She was certainly very frightened but managed to keep her wits about her."

After arriving at her flat in Wroclaw, south-west Poland, police and an employee from the local zoo caught the reptile, native to South America.

"It must have somehow gotten into the toilet bowl via the plumbing pipes," Petrykowski said.

While the anaconda was taken to the zoo, police launched an investigation aimed at identifying its owner.

Who's crazy enough to own an Anaconda? *shudders*
 
wow good thing it didn't bite her...i mean not everyone looks in the bowl before sitting down and good thing it didn't get out and harm someone..jeese..ppl these days not caring for their pets properly!

Souggy, 2 meters long...which is roughly 6 ft long, but how did he fit thru the toliet plumbing? Maybe he was stopping by in a toliet? Who knows.

Ah, so it's not full-grown.

Was wondering how a 200lbs snake can fit in the plumbings. Still a juvenile... That makes more sense.
