She does mumble at times, not often, but at times.

Her voice is not "high pitched." Her voice is almost husky with a bit of raspy if not course tone to it. Kind of like Hillary's but her voice is just the grating kind whose pitch is bit higher than Nancy's. Believe me, I know.

Come on, my friend is hearing and he said that Pelosi's speech is ok, only difference about you are hard of hearing so you probably have a hard time to define about how Pelosi's speech is.

She mumbled in the 90's.....I am sure she still does.

I know someone who is Deaf that related to Nancy Pelosi. Believe it or not. She lives in Southern CA.
 
My hearing friend made a transcript and you can read about what Pelosi's say on unemployment pay. Thanks to my hearing friend for transcript.

"Now let me say about unemployment insurance - we talk about it as a safety net. This is one of the biggest stimuluses to our economy. Economists will tell you - this money is spent quickly. It injects demand into the economy and is job-creating. It creates jobs faster than almost any other initiative you can name because again, it is money that is needed for families to survive and it is spent. So it has a double benefit - it helps those who have lost their jobs but it also is a job creator, and for that reason - for those two reasons at least, it should be passed, and I'm optimistic that it will. It's impossible to think of a situation where we would have a country that would say, we're not going to have unemployment benefits, and the only people who want them are people who don't want jobs. It's just so contrary to what our country is about, and I reject that misrepresentation of the motivation for people to go on unemployment insurance."

You can understand her speech. I didn't say that people cannot understand her. She does mumbles at times. She has a bit of a coarse/raspy voice that's somewhat husky, and certainly not a high pitched one. Save that one for Hillary whenever she screams sumthin about debating, not patriotic enough, and disagreeing with any administration.

Oh okay, I don't really hate Pelosi but she is mega weird and sometime, we don't understand about what she was saying, of course in her sentence that I provided a transcript and doesn't understand until my friend gave a clarity about what she was said.
