You must be behind the technology news. Click on the YouTube in Breitbart and it'll take you to the original YouTube website. Click on the CC button and select transcribe. The captioning is ok. As for Nancy speaking, I swear her skin around her mouth is tighter. Did she get a facial uplift?

She is a waste of space on the floor, I agree.
And I could be wrong, but I heard she had so much tightening on her face she could put Joan Rivers to shame.
 
Transcribe audio to closed captioning is unreliable with grammar and spelling errors.

I like to hear about what Jiro would say about this video since I have no opinion right now.

The captioning ain't great. It hits it right about 50% of the time with Nancy mumbling the words about half of the time. I think somebody is tightening up her facial skin a bit too much.

What else is new? It can get pretty good if a person's voice is clear and concise though not completely 100% accurate but you certainly accurate enough into the 90% percentile range to understand what the person is saying. In Nancy's case, she tends to mumble. It becomes a hit and miss affair.

Google transcribe audio isn't highly accurate since they are in beta, the beta means test and expected to have bugs or mis-translate. I'm deaf and I have no idea about how Pelsoi's speech is good or bad. :roll:

It can get accurate enough to understand with the right voice and enunciation of the words. I didn't say it can get to be 100% accurate. We're not there yet.

I asked my hearing friend about Pelosi's speech in this video and he said that her speech is ok. He said women have high pitched voices... it makes them harder to understand for people with hearing loss. The human's speech is very hard to translate too.

I'm aware of breitbart.tv is right wing media as well.
