PBS internet CC button hidden

I came across an issue with PBS internet closed caption that I think people might also encounter. The button for CC disappears when you put a video in full screen mode. It is located between the full screen button and the volume button. However, if you don't click on the CC button before you put the video in full screen you cannot see it in full screen mode. This has to do with how it is displaying the menu in full screen mode. It makes people think CC is not available when it actually is just hidden.

So: You must click the CC button before you put the video on full screen mode.
