Ingredients:

1 whole brown onion
Bacon (doesn't matter how much you need, depending on how many people you are feeding for)
Parmesean Cheese
2 Eggs
Pasta (Any type of pasta, could be penne, spirals)
Thickened Cream (Normal 500g bottle or more)
1 Teaspoon of butter

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Instructions

1 - Chop the brown onion finely in nice sqaure pieces
2 - Chop up the bacon you have, in small sqaures
3 - Fill up the pot of water and bring it to the boil (For the pasta)

4 - Cook the bacon and onion at the same time in a saucepan until the onions are tender and soft or bacon golden brown - stir around occassionly
5. Check if the water are boiled - put in the pasta and cover with the lid (Make sure, you check the pot regaularly to avoid water spilling)

6 - Once the bacon and onion is looking good, pour half of the thickened cream, DO NOT bring it to the boil Let it simmer gently on a medium low heat. Stirring around occassionally, (Be careful of the bubbles, you wouldn't want these). Once it is nice and warm (Smell will come out) Turn off the heat and let it sit, and stir.

7. While the pasta is being cooked (Depends on how long) check one of these pasta is soft, if it is soft and ready. Put the Drainer into your sink, and bring the pot over to the drainer and empty the pot. Put in 1 teaspoon of butter in the hot pot and let it melt. While the butter is melting, shake the drainer to drain the water out.

8. Bring up a coffee mug, knock out two eggs, into the mug, put some bit of Parmesean cheese into the mug, stir around until it looks thick. If it looks a bit weak, add more cheese.

9. Chuck the pasta back into the pot from the drainer (Make sure the heat are turned off or put the pot on another bench). Give it a quick stir with the butter.

10. Stir the cream sauce, and then pour the egg sauce in the pasta first stir it around fairly bit then pour in the cream sauce into the pasta. Stir it around .

Then serve while hot, sprinkle it around with Parmesean Cheese if you like

Enjoy!
