Any of you guys have this? Done this?
I have it, I did 60 days March and April, completed phase 1 and 2, but stalled out on phase 3. I did the first week of phase 3 twice, because I missed so many workouts. My baby sister came to live with me for the summer, kind of through me off my exercise program. I want to start again.
If anyone has it do you want to start at the same time? Keep each other motivated? Give progress reports etc etc??
