He is the Senator and former presidential candidate whose "JohnKerry.com" sticker is at the top right corner of the petition. It also says:
"Join John Kerry today in calling for the withdrawal of American combat troops by the end of 2006. Sign this petition to support John Kerry’s Senate resolution for a timely withdrawal from Iraq."

Didn't you read the petition before you signed it?

Coloravalance, It looks like Reba beat me to it, but did you not look at the petition you were signing?

"Tell the truth. Fire the incompetents. Get out of Iraq. Have health care for all Americans. These are pretty simple messages, and they're worth fighting for today."

That's what John Kerry said recently when he appeared on "Meet the Press" to push our call for an exit from Iraq.

Our soldiers have done their jobs. They can't resolve political differences between Iraqis in an escalating civil war. It can't be done militarily; it can't be done from a Humvee or a helicopter. It can only be accomplished by a dramatic change of course, turning away from George W. Bush's aimless "stay for as long as it takes" approach.

We want democracy in Iraq, but it's now the job of Iraqis to build it. Our troops have performed gallantly and heroically. The best way to keep faith with our troops is to set deadlines for bringing them home and getting Iraq on its own two feet. That's the only way to give their sacrifice its best chance of resulting in success.

Join John Kerry today in calling for the withdrawal of American combat troops by the end of 2006. Sign this petition to support John Kerry’s Senate resolution for a timely withdrawal from Iraq.

Sorry about that...I didnt realized it was Kerry...however, I do support for troops to come home...many families are complaining and wants their spouses and sons to come home! I dont blame them...besides these soliders has been in Irag too long...I think these soliders should take turn staying in Irag and coming back home...for instance: soliders need to stay in Irag for 6 months then come home..other soliders goes to Irag for 6 months...Its like trading in turns every 6 months...I dont know if they have been doing that but I do know there are alot of soliders that has been there way too long!

I dont think it is necessarily for soliders staying in Irag...they have done their job already...or perhaps I could be wrong...:dunno:
