Not surprised. Knew it was coming for a while.

I am not surprised too. My friend who has lived in LV for more than 20 years, told me last summer that LV grew way too fast in the ten years and she knew it was not going to be good for the city in a long run.

The last 10 years was crazy for Vegas.

The Sahara is a dump. I miss the Stardust though. The Sahara can't compete with the likes of Cosmopolitan though.

Actually LV has not changed much. Look at my reply. LV just grew way too fast in the last ten years. Their very fast-growing economic base should be controlled or checked in wisely and carefully several years ago. BOOM! It is now overstretched too long.
 
oh good! Looking forward to seeing it being demolished. Gotta be there!
