Well, it's possible that he made this death threat because he's well known for poor anger management and he's an idiot.

very simple - hire a lawyer or somebody to handle his business... i guess he couldn't afford one

That's why he asked her to take care of it since he thought she was trustworthy. Instead, she ripped him off. :laugh2: Because she knows that he can't get her while he's in jail.
