But they really need something like this, I thought once convicted you lose all your rights, why do the inmates have a say on how they are executed?

You never know about whichever inmates are innocent without DNA testing.

It seen like to me the suspect has more rights than their victim . A lot rape victims do not report that they been raped b/c of what they have to go through in court and with the cops .
 
This is just joke, really! There is no such thing as humane way to murder somebody.

Jail - pretrial and sentence for misdemeanor crime.

Prison - after convicted for felony crime.

In old time, there were no DNA testing for old cases and some innocents got executed - see WDYS's comment above.

Jail...same thing as prison, figurely speaking.
and this isnt 1930 anymore
 
To me, they are same thing! If you go to jail or prison whatever you wish to call, they would say Department of corrections instead! See what I mean?
