Odd/Funny Names

My hubby's co-worker last name is "Depp" = dumbass :laugh2: - also Ficken = Fuck

Most of German last names are odd... I hold laugh to myself when someone introduce their names to me... Few years later I translate German into English to them... They were like :o: and then :laugh2:

"Depp" = Dumbass
"Ficken" = Fuck
"Schlecht" = Bad
"Gut" = Good
"Schwarzkopf" = Black head
"Vogel" = Bird
"Zimmer" = Room
"Altherr" = Old master
"Buch" = Book
"Fisch" = Fish
"Fleischmann" = Meat man
and more....
 
LOL that is hilarious!! I had a therapist who grew up with a guy, his name was Harry, and his last name was Butts Harry Butts.
 
I knew a Shanda Leer (chandelier) and a Richard Gold-- Rich Gold for short.
 
I went to high school with a girl that named her first daughter "Free Bird". When she started school, her classmates shortened it to "Freebie."
 
i know someone named robert lee. every time i think of him, it reminds me of the american civil war confederate general, robert e. lee. :giggle:
 
in elementary school, we had a teacher named mrs. landerman (as in "land her men"). :giggle:

My best friend's friend and her husband called their son named, "Wolverine" since he just born in 2008. I felt bad for him. :|
 
I knew a family where each child was named after a month of the year. January, February, March, April... etc.

Ditto! I've seen this around before, and I want to harp in on this.
Some guy named his baby Sephiroth, who is a major villain in a videogame franchise called Final Fantasy.
