OCDAC is giving away free computers!

Yes 30 complete systems of them all working in perfect condition to low income people with disabilities.

Anyone interested needs to call 949-955-0054 for additional questions or to set up an appointment to pick them up. Limit is ONE (1) per eligible reciepent. Maximum is THREE (3) per household address.

The hard drives have been wiped out and will come with fully licensed copies of Windows 95 or copies of the free Ubuntu installation CD's.

The program is doing wonderful, we just got another batch of computers to give away.

The computers work quite well. We have installed Ubuntu on all of them. The reason we use Ubuntu is that it's free, it doesn't get viruses, and it almost never crashes. Ubuntu Home Page has more info about the Ubuntu OS.
