they're beyond decent people. they're probably the most friendliest and very family-oriented people I've ever met. They're extremely loyal to friends as well - regardless of nationality. They were my college roommates at VT for 3 years. I'm even working with muslim colleague. One small thing that really irks me about them - they expressed a very extreme hatred toward to Jewish people. They were very angry about Israeli soldiers using guns shooting and killing Palestines when they're using only rocks.

damn politicians and media for replying just a few scenes of Islamic extremists and angry Muslim mobs burning American flags. Replay it 100x a day... in just a week - you'll have a whole America thinking anyone with beard and towelheads are all terrorists. it's sad.. really....

The Muslim label (not talking about Obama here) is a sticky thing...I think how all this came about is too many people are not paying attention to the truth. First of all, almost all terrorists are Muslims but not all (not even close) Muslims are terrorists.

Unfortunately yes. My parents wouldn't vote Obama bedc they do not want to have Muslim in White House. I even told them that Obama's not Muslims but they still refuse to believe it anyway. Sad to say, I would imagine there s million Americans who would think same with my parents. Before it was widely believe that Obama would win landslide but latest polls say otherwise.

What more does Obama have to do to convince people that he's NOT a muslim? I just find it ridiculous that in this day and age, Americans are ignorant enough to ignore the truth in favor of lies.

I think people focus on the "he's a Muslim" excuse bcause they somehow feel it is more acceptable to reject him on this basis than to actually say what they are really thinking: "Vote for a Black man? Ain't no way!!"

Wasn't there something in the recent past where people were wondering out loud why Obama wouldn't deny that he is one or comes from one? If that's so, it's too bad he didn't just come right out and say he isn't one but is from such a family?

Yep that what I was afraid however since Obama picked Biden, it should help little a bit to garner votes from blue collar and rednecks folks.

If Obama was to pick Hillary, they would have no chance. Black and Women in White House? That would be too much for your average American. Lmao

If Obama was a white, Christian male, there'd be no concern over his family. The problem is, he is bi-racial Christian male. What's with the uproar over his family?
