The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Advocacy Resource Center in Las Vegas works to "educate and empower deaf, hard of hearing, and speech-impaired individuals to exercise self-determination and self-sufficiency necessary to live independently and lead productive lives."

They work with educational, social and community services, employment, medical, and law enforcement to ensure equal and full access. Programs include assistance and advocacy, educational support services, help with transitioning from school to work, interpreting and sign language consulting, communication technologies, workshops and training, and more.

More information here. They also have offices in Carson City and Sparks.
